Join us this summer on the last Thursday of every month from May through September for an evening of family fun.
This month there will be food from Wokworks Food Truck, music by Nathalie 'Talie' Cerin , lawn games, and teaching artist Jihan Thomas will be creating an art activity inspired by the geometric and organic landscape of Glen Foerd. Bring a blanket or some chairs and enjoy the grounds and mansion which will be open for free self-guided tours. Drinks by brewing and distilling collective, Mutual Respect, and Mad Wild Wine. Donations are appreciated but not required! Please register in advance.

Nathalie 'Talie' Cerin is a Philadelphia-based singer-songwriter, podcast host and writer originally from Port-au-Prince, Haiti. Her music, a mixture of Haitian folk and soul music, is a testament to the two cultures that have shaped her as an artist and woman. Accompanied by her trusty guitar, Talie sings to honor a rich and difficult past and to present hopeful visions for the future for anyone searching for peace. In 2019, Talie released “Solèy Midi” a twinkling collection of original compositions and Haitian folk songs chronicling a journey to find the sun. Solèy Midi is available on all major music purchasing and streaming platforms.
Jihan Thomas is a visual artist, artivist, mother, abolitionist, afrovisualist and community and museum arts educator. She works in many mediums to express her creativity such as painting, drawing, printmaking, comics, murals and illustration. She has over 15 years experience facilitating and creating cultural art experiences and programming throughout Philadelphia communities and local arts and cultural centers, including the Barnes Foundation, The Clay Studio, and Glen Foerd.
