Painters of all skill levels are invited to join artist Roger Chavez for a two-day workshop (10 AM- 2 PM both days) to learn the fundamentals of plein air painting along the Delaware River and Poquessing Creek. The workshop encourages artists to explore and capture light, color, and the beauty of nature through observation and composition. Students will participate in painting demonstrations and have extended painting time on Glen Foerd’s campus to work on their own creations. Artists are encouraged to work in oil or acrylic, but may use watercolor, gouache, or pastel. Easels will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own. Materials are not included.
