Join us at Holy Family for a talk on Philadelphia Industrialists, Financiers & Manufacturers, and Their Country Estates, 1875-1930.
Jeff Groff, the retired estate historian for Winterthur Museum, Garden and Library, will speak on a variety of industries such as railroads, manufacturing, finance, and department stores, and the country estates and gentleman farms associated with the era’s business magnates, including Percival Foerderer’s estate in Villanova, La Ronda.
