What is Forest Bathing?
Forest Bathing comes from the Japanese term "shinrin yoku" which means "to bathe in the forest's atmosphere". Forest Bathing walks invite a slowing down and engagement of the senses to support and strengthen the immune system, regulate the nervous system, and promote relaxation.

This walk will be guided by Stacey Vinci, a Licensed Therapist and Certified Forest Therapy Guide. Stacey supports individuals, communities, and family systems through trauma-informed, nature-based, and embodied care and believes in creating access to all modalities of health and healing.
