Artist Residency applicants are invited to a free behind-the-scenes guided tour of Glen Foerd’s historic house and grounds. Alice Thompson, the Arts and Culture Program Manager for Glen Foerd, will unlock doors for a glimpse of the material culture stored in rooms normally closed to the public. Learn about the ownership history of the historic property. In addition to touring the interior of the mansion and looking at works by past artists in residence, walk the grounds and carriage house and learn about future plans for renovations and improvements.

The tour will be followed by a 30-minute Q&A in the sunroom. Artists may ask questions related to their application for the artist residency.
