Join us for yoga on the grounds at Glen Foerd, taught by Glen Foerd’s Arts and Culture Program Manager and Certified Yoga Teacher, Kristina Murray. This class roots students in yoga asana pose and emphasize aligning movement with breath. We will focus on embodying a variety of postures that increase strength, flexibility, mobility, and balance. This class is open to students of all skill levels. Linger after class and explore our beautiful park and museum. In the event of rain, we will move into the mansion.
Bring your own mat. Walk-ups welcome.
