DRIVING DIRECTIONS

Parking is available on the grounds of the estate; follow the posted signs.

Please drive slowly through the neighborhood and the estate's gates and roadways. Be mindful of pedestrians and wildlife, and be aware that the neighborhood streets surrounding Glen Foerd are all one way streets. Driving in the opposite direction or turning around is not permitted.

Philadelphia and the South

Take I-95 (Delaware Expressway) north to Academy Road exit. Turn right on Linden Avenue. Turn left on State Road. Turn right on Fitler Street and follow signs to entrance. Take a left at the second stop sign onto Milnor Street. Estate entrance at end of road.

Pennsylvania Turnpike

(Exit 351) take Roosevelt Boulevard (U.S. 1) South, follow signs to Northeast Airport, turn left onto Grant Avenue to State Road; turn right on State Road, then left on Fitler Street. Follow signs to entrance. Take a left at the second stop sign onto Milnor Street. Estate entrance at end of road.

Western Suburbs

Take Roosevelt Boulevard (U.S. 1) North, follow signs to Northeast Philadelphia Airport, turn right at Grant Avenue to State Road; turn right onto State Road, then left onto Fitler Street. Follow signs to entrance. Take a left at the second stop sign onto Milnor Street. Estate entrance at end of road.

Bucks County

Take 1-95 South to Street Road exit. Turn left onto Street Road, then right onto State Road. Follow State Road to Fitler Street. Turn left onto Fitler Street. Follow signs to entrance. Take a left at the second stop sign onto Milnor Street. Estate entrance at end of road.

New Jersey

Take Tacony-Palmyra Bridge (PA/NJ 73) north into PA. Turn right onto State Road North, then right onto Fitler Street. Follow signs to entrance. Take a left at the second stop sign onto Milnor Street. Estate entrance at end of road.

Regional Rail

Take the SEPTA Trenton Line on the Regional Rail to Torresdale station. Follow directions below. 

BUS

Take SEPTA bus route 19 or 84 to James Street at the Torresdale station. Follow directions below.

From train or bus stop, follow Grant Avenue east for one block. After you cross State Road, the stone gates for Glen Foerd will be ½ block ahead on your left. Follow the driveway around to mansion.
